In Order to register with Apples Au Pairs you need to Pay a Once-Off Non-Refundable Registration Fee of R230, which is required upfront before we can begin to Process your Application Form. This amount is to cover all our administration costs, including all our advertisements required to find you the right candidate.
The fee includes the following:
- Consultation with you to determine your exact needs as a family, this can be done in person or via email, telephone etc.
- Apples Au Pairs forwards you the CV's of possible candidates
- Apples Au Pairs arranges interviews between the family and candidates
- We facilitate the contract as according to our Terms and Conditions
- Provide a Contract of Employment for you and your employee
Upon finding a suitable candidate there is a placement fee which is calculated as follows:
- Candidate's monthly salary (including petrol/cell phone)
- Multiplied by 12 to get annual salary
- Multiplied by 12% (Placement fee)
- E.g. Salary of R3500 x 12 months = R42000 annual salary
- R42000 x 12% = R5040 Placement fee
If the contract is for a set period of time, then the following applies:
- 0-3 Months - 25% of the total amount paid to the candidate
- 4-6 Months - 20% of the total amount paid to the candidate
